Error Monitoring: We use Sentry (Functional Software, Inc., United States) to record technical diagnostics when our web application encounters an error — the error message, the code location, the page you were on, the browser and operating system version, a randomly generated request identifier, and a short log of the API calls our app made just before the error (their destination, method, and status, never their content). These reports are stripped of personal information before they are sent: they carry no account identifier, no email address, and no content of your conversations. Error reports are relayed through our own servers rather than sent directly from your browser, which is designed to keep your IP address from reaching Sentry at all.

Analytics Processor: We use PostHog Inc. to measure how our public website is used. PostHog acts as our processor and stores this data in the United States. We send PostHog a randomly generated visitor identifier, the pages you visit, and a small set of explicitly declared interaction events (for example, that a call-to-action was clicked or a form was submitted). Once you sign in, we additionally send your internal user identifier, your organization identifier, and your role.

We do not send PostHog your name, your email address, the contents of any form you submit, or any part of a conversation you have with the assistant — neither the questions you ask nor the answers you receive. You can read more about the cookies involved in our Cookie Policy.

Network and Performance Measurement: Our website is delivered through Cloudflare, Inc. (United States), which operates as our content delivery network and therefore processes every request made to this site. Cloudflare also measures how quickly pages load for real visitors. That measurement records the address of the page, the page that referred you to it, your browser and operating system version, your approximate country, and page-loading timings. It sets no cookies and assigns you no persistent identifier, so it cannot follow you between visits or across other websites.
